Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on "The Little Shopping Cart Icon" to be led through the checkout process. Can I cancel or modify my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an e-mail to assistance@bemistudios.com within in 24hours. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled or modified.

However If your order has been fulfilled and shipped out, your order cannot be cancelled/refunded. All sales are final so please carefully look at our Size Chart before checking out.
